Your Role:

As part of CoreWeave’s Detection and Response team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing effective measures to address security threats across our enterprise. Your responsibilities will include designing security-related detections and engineering automations to minimize the necessity for human intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain the Securing Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) capabilities within our multi-billion dollar platform.
  • Create automations that interact across various internal and external products and services to enhance enterprise security.
  • Develop integrations and workflows that enrich decision-making processes.
  • Utilize AI tools to provide system operators and security teams with enhanced context for security events and alerts.
  • Produce high-quality production code with unit and integration tests to establish a comprehensive internal service offering for the security team.

Candidate Profile:

  • A seasoned detection engineer or incident responder with a solid development background, possessing 8-10 years of experience in creating security tools using Python, GoLang, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with modern software deployment and orchestration frameworks like ArgoCD and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
