What you will do Maintain and evolve a complex codebase, including a TypeScript monorepo, Go services, npm packages, and internal agentic tools. Own and optimize build and test pipelines to reduce build times and speed up developer feedback loops. Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across services, using technologies such as GraphQL, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, and OpenAPI. Set and automate code quality standards with tools like TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and Go linters or formatters, including writing custom rules and plugins. Streamline onboarding and local development setup for new engineers. Collaborate with platform teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure integration, and external tooling. Lead migrations to improved tools and keep the codebase up to date. Work closely with the AI team to refine the Agent’s performance and influence its architecture and stack decisions.
