Role Overview: Staff Software Engineer – Agentic Platform
This role joins the AI transformation within financial services. Work with a skilled team to build high-quality, scalable products that drive real change. The position focuses on connecting advanced backend systems with Generative AI, designing frameworks and platforms that enable secure and efficient scaling of AI capabilities across Tide. This work will shape long-term technical strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Build core services for Tide’s agentic platform, including APIs, workflow orchestration, and tool integration
- Improve delivery by integrating third-party components and developing custom solutions as needed
