Our goal is to create a future where AI-initiated workflows are standard, enabling agents to autonomously draft designs, code, and remediation processes.
As we expand these intelligent workflows, we are in need of a robust infrastructure tailored for autonomous execution. As a member of the AI Accelerator team, you will play a pivotal role as both a technical leader and a multiplier of our efforts. Your mission will involve architecting developer tools and platform infrastructure that empower hundreds of engineers, and thousands of agents, to accelerate software development like never before.
Your responsibilities will include building and launching essential AI DevX systems while also shaping Abnormal’s overarching AI strategy. You will create the foundational “Operating System” for our engineering department, eliminating the structural bottlenecks that hinder the flow from human intent to deployed code for critical systems.
