Our AI-driven Assistant is the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on effectively utilizing our platform. The goal of the Customer Engagement and Docs platform team is to expedite problem resolution for our customers using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). We aim to provide clients with accurate and comprehensive solutions to their inquiries or create experiences that facilitate a smooth transition to a support agent when necessary.
As a Staff Engineer, you will work at the crossroads of Product Development and Machine Learning. Your responsibilities will include deeply understanding user behavior, identifying root causes of issues, and leveraging Product, Machine Learning (ML), and LLMs to analyze complex technical scenarios within a secure enterprise environment, ultimately paving the way to their resolution.
