Our Opportunity
As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will create and develop AI-powered chat experiences that drive Agoda’s AI Assistant, enhance trip planning and discovery, streamline customer support processes, and deliver proactive recommendations. Collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers, you will define, build, and scale next-generation AI solutions, making travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and seamless for millions of customers worldwide.
We are seeking a visionary Full Stack architect with a strong hands-on approach , integrating innovative AI capabilities while rapidly validating ideas through experimentation. Your work will create measurable impacts on traveler experiences and business outcomes, all while adhering to Agoda’s standards for privacy, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
