Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, distributed systems utilizing Java and Python, ensuring exceptional availability and performance. Architect and deploy SaaS-based security solutions focused on multi-tenant, cloud-native platforms. Spearhead the development of cybersecurity products, including firewalls, SIEM, and SOAR systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, advocating for coding standards and design best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, security, and DevOps, to deliver resilient and secure solutions. Design and implement microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes for effective containerization and orchestration. Build and manage cloud-native applications on AWS and GCP, utilizing services for scalability and reliability. Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle to ensure security is a priority from design through deployment. Assess and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and security posture. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop strategic solutions in high-impact situations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on Java and familiarity with Python. Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or senior individual contributor in developing large-scale SaaS platforms. Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, threat detection, SIEM, and SOAR systems. Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, including best practices for architecture and deployment. Solid grasp of DevSecOps principles and experience in integrating security within CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
