About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Staff Software Engineer to take on a pivotal technical leadership role within our Order Management domain. This position will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, reliability, and long-term development of the systems that drive the checkout process, order lifecycle management, fulfillment orchestration, and integrations with essential third-party partners.
You will collaborate closely with multiple teams, partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and senior engineers to define technical strategies, spearhead complex initiatives, and ensure our order platform is resilient, scalable, and operationally efficient under real-world conditions, including peak traffic, partner outages, and partial failures.
This role is hands-on and requires you to design and build systems, guide technical decisions, oversee incident responses, and elevate quality, reliability, and transparency across the domain.
