Qualifications

A strong interest or experience in identity management, authentication, authorization, and secrets management is essential, especially in applying these principles within AI and agent frameworks. You excel in ambiguous situations, making impactful technical decisions while guiding others through intricate trade-offs. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will influence decisions, align teams, and mentor engineers across various functions. You are passionate about knowledge sharing, elevating technical standards, and amplifying the impact of your colleagues and the team.
