Role overview
The Staff Software Engineer will help shape both current projects and the broader product direction. This position has a direct influence on decisions that will guide Foundation Health’s strategy over the next 6 to 12 months.
What you will do
- Drive strategy: Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical health, and identify when to push back on requirements that could introduce excessive technical debt.
- Connect the dots: Translate complex business goals into clear technical solutions for stakeholders.
