ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Structural Engineer to join our innovative Omen Team at our Costa Mesa headquarters. Omen represents Anduril’s cutting-edge hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV), designed to combine the endurance, payload capacity, and mission versatility typical of larger aircraft within a revolutionary runway-independent Group 3 platform. Able to launch from ship decks, beaches, or remote islands, Omen offers unparalleled runway independence and operational flexibility across both defense and civilian applications. With a mass-production contract for 50 systems, Omen is a significant milestone that solidifies production and accelerates future developments.
In this role, you will contribute to new aircraft development within a lean, ownership-driven culture where your input directly influences product outcomes, allowing us to fly new designs in months instead of years.
