WHY WE'RE HERE:
Our systems engineering team is on the lookout for seasoned engineers to contribute to a Group 5 aircraft program at Anduril. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with sophisticated unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and a solid foundation in software systems catering to unmanned platforms. Alongside a robust technical background, the candidate should be adept at integrating feedback from testing and evaluation efforts to enhance products and systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer specialized in air vehicle software systems to assist in the continued development of a Group 5 autonomous aircraft.
- Translate customer needs into software requirements for air vehicles and subsystems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop systems engineering artifacts, including system models to trace stakeholder inputs through design in a digital context. Work alongside system safety, software engineering, and other disciplines to shape system architecture and facilitate airworthiness certification.
- Effectively communicate and manage program risks in partnership with the Chief Engineer and Program Management.
