We are currently on the lookout for a Staff Technical Program Manager - Vehicle Hardware V&V.

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will spearhead the engineering efforts for pivotal modules and developments that align with overarching vehicle program objectives. TPMs are tasked with creating and disseminating comprehensive schedules that harmonize engineering development risks with program requirements.

TPMs collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain requirements, monitor risks, establish necessary checkpoints, and drive technical alignment. Throughout the product lifecycle, the TPM manages and conveys status updates, issues, and risks to cross-functional partners and leadership. Furthermore, the TPM supports the strategic development of multi-generational hardware initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of vehicle hardware verification activities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of critical hardware verification efforts on a daily basis.
  • Assess risks and communicate updates to upper management and project stakeholders.
