Role overview

The Staff Technical Project Manager will lead strategic, cross-functional projects within the Software Platform. This position oversees programs from start to finish, aligning engineering, product, and business teams to deliver technical results on schedule. The role requires translating complex engineering goals into actionable plans, identifying risks early, and ensuring teams meet their commitments.

What you will do

  • Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Software Platform, working with multiple teams to manage dependencies and keep projects on track.
  • Drive project execution independently, maintaining ownership over broad requirements and managing relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Oversee, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects that involve several functional areas, helping to build an effective project management culture.
  • Collaborate with product leads to define, staff, and deliver new capabilities, supporting staffing plans and prioritization efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, assisting in defining project objectives and outcomes.
