About the Role
Fivetran’s documentation is highly acclaimed by our customers, forming an integral part of our product. The Technical Communications Team oversees all technical documentation and in-product text. Our globally distributed team of technical writers works collaboratively with product managers, engineers, designers, and support staff to create exceptional documentation and UI content that empowers our customers to succeed.
As a Staff Technical Writer, your objective is to transform Fivetran documentation into a paragon of excellence. You will be responsible for crafting and refining documentation that enables our customers to utilize Fivetran effectively and comprehend our product functionalities. You will work alongside engineers, product managers, support engineers, and fellow technical writers within a friendly and diverse team spread across our global offices.
This full-time position is based in our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model promotes a balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, with two days a week dedicated to office presence to foster team connections.
