As a Staff Vehicle Test Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the reliability and durability testing of our vehicles.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement vehicle durability and environmental test targets, collaborating with engineering teams across various systems.

  • Assist in test planning and execution for fleet validation activities, focusing on edge case extraction, localized product testing, and data collection.

  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance product usage metrics.

  • Support vehicle integration and the setup, configuration, and operation of measurement equipment.

  • Conduct vehicle-level testing for software features, assessing performance, functionality, and stability.

  • Ensure traceability and assist with defect management and prioritization.

  • Aid in the planning and execution of vehicle tests to meet homologation requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Five or more years of experience in systems test engineering, vehicle testing, or durability testing.

  • Proficiency in instrumentation and data collection techniques (e.g., accelerometers, strain gauges, data logging).

  • Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and methodologies.

  • Experience with vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and environmental testing.

  • Familiarity with homologation and durability testing processes.
