Your Role
We are seeking a Staff Web Engineer to take charge of XBOW’s web infrastructure, turning it into a high-performance growth engine. This role goes beyond conventional marketing responsibilities; you will develop a fast, dynamic, and technically advanced platform that showcases the strength of our product. Your work will directly influence pipeline generation, conversion rates, and organic growth.
You will function at the intersection of engineering, design, and growth, with complete ownership over the website stack. This encompasses CMS architecture, frontend development, and deployment systems. You will treat our website as a product, ensuring measurable performance in technical SEO, speed, and conversion.
Our technology stack includes Next.js, React, Sanity, and Vercel, and you will be instrumental in taking it further.
What You Will Do
Take full ownership of the XBOW marketing website stack from architecture through to performance and reliability.
Develop fast, scalable, and high-quality interfaces utilizing React and Next.js.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user experiences.
Design and maintain a modular content system in Sanity to facilitate rapid iterations.
Manage CI/CD and deployment workflows on Vercel.
Ensure data integrity across all marketing tools, including CRM, forms, and attribution.
