Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in integration solutions and/or application development and implementation projects. A solid grasp of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMO). A strong blend of functional expertise and technical infrastructure knowledge. A good understanding of business processes and their implementation through technology, adhering to industry best practices.

About the job

As a vital member of our Corporate IT organization, you will be instrumental in overseeing and refining all IT integrations and interfaces associated with our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), along with related platforms like Oracle BOSS, iLayer, Power BI, and others. Your mission will be to guarantee seamless connectivity and service delivery that aligns with our planning, cost, and scope objectives.

Reporting Structure

You will directly report to the Head of StarLIMS Solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, delivery teams, operations, and architects within a cross-functional environment to ensure that Global Integration Services are in harmony with our overall business strategy.
  • Design, develop, and uphold integrations between StarLIMS and both internal and third-party applications, utilizing StarLIMS APIs, . NET technologies, and the Azure NGI framework.
  • Provide third-level application support to ensure the reliability and performance of StarLIMS and its integrations.
  • Maintain superior technical documentation and ensure compliance with established IT governance standards.
  • Conduct unit and system testing to ensure that the solutions are robust, scalable, and high-performing.
  • Lead the timely and high-quality delivery of LIMS development projects.
  • Continuously optimize system performance by implementing best practices in coding, design, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other development teams to improve and support in-house solutions.
  • Adhere to the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct in all activities.
