Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the sterile processing department.

Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
Oversee the decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution processes of surgical instruments and supplies.
Assist in the creation, evaluation, and updating of department policies and procedures.
