In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the aesthetic and operational excellence of our stores, ensuring alignment with the Brighton brand's core values. This highly interactive position requires you to oversee the status of maintenance issues at each store, ensuring diligent follow-through and clear visibility from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
Lead store development, remodeling, construction, and facilities projects from initial planning through to completion.
Track and manage maintenance issues across all store locations.
Maintain clear visibility into project status, timelines, and follow-through.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal partners to ensure effective execution.
Act as a key communicator and information source for store operations and leadership.
Ensure that stores adhere to brand standards, aesthetics, and operational guidelines.
