Precision AQ is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) specializing in Medical Communications. This remote position supports the Strategic Account Director and plays a key part in managing high-profile client projects. As skills deepen, the SAM may progress to leading a personal portfolio as a Strategic Account Director.
Main Responsibilities
Client-Centric Focus
- Identify clients’ business challenges and help shape strategic questions.
- Support clients as they define and pursue business objectives.
- Create annual strategic and tactical plans for each client, along with project-specific plans throughout the year.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present, sell, and supervise initiatives that align with client goals.
- Bring forward new ideas to improve the impact of client brand activities.
Organizational Contribution
- Understand revenue processes and support Precision AQ’s profitability through effective project management.
- Represent Precision AQ with professionalism and dedication.
- Spot and share new business opportunities within the organization.
Daily Operations for Clients
- Launch and oversee Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients.
- Handle day-to-day client communications related to strategy and planning.
- Act as a true partner to clients, integrating closely with their teams and taking responsibility for their business success.
Daily Operations for Precision AQ
- Carefully manage client budgets and team workflows to maximize value for both clients and Precision AQ.
- Work with internal teams to consistently deliver above client expectations.
- Mentor and guide team members to support their development.
Ongoing Development
- Keep up with trends in science, competitors, and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Continue building marketing and strategic skills to better serve clients and the company.
