Key Responsibilities- Ensure post-sales success for Uncountable’s customers, focusing on renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy.- Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and maintain alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders.- Enhance customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and a deep understanding of customer activities.- Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating ROI, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring customer success.- Collaborate with Sales to create and implement expansion strategies for key accounts.- Work closely with Implementation and Product teams to identify product enhancements and improve the customer journey.- Act as the “voice of the customer” within the organization, advocating for customer needs and improvements. RequirementsWe are hiring at multiple levels. Here’s a general guideline:Account Manager - Enterprise Account Manager (2–5 years): Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, with strong skills in customer relationship management and project delivery. Senior Account Manager (5+ years): Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts independently and influence executive stakeholders, along with strong mentoring capabilities. Director (8-10+ years): Extensive experience leading strategic accounts, forming executive partnerships, and executing long-term account expansion strategies. For all levels:- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.- Willingness to travel 20–30%.- Experience engaging with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographic customers.
