We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with existing clients. In this pivotal role, you will focus on prospecting within our current customer base and identifying new opportunities to enhance our sales pipeline, drive sales cycles, and secure new business. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing, owning, and executing account success plans, while collaborating closely with internal teams such as Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, and Product to ensure overall expansion and client satisfaction.
