Your Responsibilities

As an experienced Business Development Manager in our Perth office, you will cultivate direct relationships with end-user organizations and collaborate closely with our Product channel partners to optimize revenue and profit against product targets.

We require strong market knowledge of Perth and experience collaborating with various government and non-government clients. Your success hinges on your proven ability to forge and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Being an agile company, we are keen to adapt to the evolving needs of our customers, technology, and internal stakeholders, which may lead to the evolution of your role.

 

What You Bring

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working with customers to identify the right solutions for their needs, ensuring an exemplary customer experience from quoting to ordering.
  • Demonstrated track record of urgent responses to customer inquiries and requests, with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions we offer.
  • Experience with major technology brands and familiarity with the IT reseller supply chain.
  • Ability to assimilate, apply, and effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional skills in building and managing customer and vendor relationships.
