Role overview

The Strategic Customer Success Manager works closely with prominent AI research and business teams, guiding them to get the most from Prolific’s human data solutions. This role acts as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle: from onboarding and growth, through renewals, to advocacy. Collaboration is central, involving regular work with Services, Support, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to support customer needs and drive adoption.

Location

This is a hybrid position based in Seattle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a strategic or enterprise customer success role with direct customer interaction, ideally in settings where increased usage leads to greater value.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and outcomes through strategic planning and meaningful engagement.
