We are in search of a dedicated IT Support Engineer to enhance and expand Distribusion's IT infrastructure during this exciting period of growth. This crucial position will focus on optimizing IT processes, delivering daily technical support, and implementing strong security protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. By addressing immediate IT requirements and establishing a solid foundation for future scalability, the IT Support Engineer will play a vital role in improving operational efficiency and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work onsite in Berlin and report directly to our Core Senior Engineering Manager.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, including workstations, printers, mobile phones, and other peripheral devices.
- Maintain the office's networking infrastructure and provide connectivity support for remote locations.
- Manage regional vendors, such as ISPs and telecom providers, in coordination with your manager.
- Implement access control measures, including roles and account management.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees in accordance with company protocols.
- Be responsible for the rollout and maintenance of essential software and tools, including email, calendar, document storage, and video conferencing systems.
- Provide day-to-day IT support via our ticketing system for colleagues around the globe.
- Engage in IT infrastructure projects and assist in upgrading services, presenting a fantastic learning opportunity.
