Strategic L&D LeadershipFormulate and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory needs, and expansion plans. Transform organizational strategy into actionable capability frameworks and learning pathways. Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to identify capability gaps and design focused interventions. Work alongside the People and Culture team to enhance employee engagement survey cycles, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategic development initiatives. Establish clear metrics for assessing learning impact, behavioral change, and performance enhancements. Performance and Capability DevelopmentCreate and implement high-quality leadership development programs across all management levels. Integrate coaching and mentorship frameworks to enhance leadership maturity and nurture internal talent pipelines. Drive performance improvement initiatives informed by engagement data, talent reviews, and succession planning. Provide managers with effective tools to lead high-performance teams in hybrid and multi-location environments. Program Design and DeliveryUtilize your experience and AI technology to create top-tier blended learning programs incorporating workshops, digital learning, coaching, peer learning, and experiential formats. Conduct dynamic training sessions that combine commercial acumen with practical application. Ensure scalability of all learning interventions across various jurisdictions and adaptability to different cultures. Oversee onboarding frameworks that expedite performance and cultural integration. Mentorship and Coaching CultureDevelop and execute structured mentorship programs aligned with succession and retention strategies. Integrate coaching capabilities within leadership groups through formal training and practical application. Provide coaching to executives and senior leaders as appropriate.
