The Strategic Operations Lead (internally referred to as Project Manager, Sales Operations) plays a pivotal role as a direct support to the Regional Vice President. This position acts as a catalyst to enhance execution, foster alignment, and ensure accountability throughout the region. You will convert strategic plans into actionable steps and guarantee that initiatives are effectively rolled out in the field. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Agent Experience (AE), and Marketing Advisors (MA) to ensure that regional objectives are met with consistency and measurable outcomes.
