Your impact will be significant through the following:
- Strategic Pricing & Monetization
- Formulate global pricing and packaging strategies for the NiCE CXone portfolio
- Design monetization models for AI capabilities
- Create scalable frameworks for subscription, hybrid, and value-based pricing
- Market & Competitive Strategy
- Conduct benchmarking of pricing and monetization models against global competitors
- Identify opportunities for strategic differentiation
- Translate customer insights and market data into actionable pricing strategies
- Executive Partnership & Influence
- Collaborate with global executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Strategy
- Communicate pricing strategies and scenarios to senior leadership
- Facilitate discussions on AI monetization, growth acceleration, and commercial positioning
- Provide data-driven recommendations that inform long-term commercial decisions
- Financial & Strategic Modeling
- Generate advanced revenue and margin simulations for pricing scenarios
- Assess growth versus margin trade-offs for strategic decision-making
