We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Pricing Strategy Manager to influence the trajectory of our global pricing and monetization strategy, particularly in the realm of AI-driven solutions and next-generation SaaS business models.

This position will play a crucial role in determining how we package, position, and monetize our AI capabilities, subscription models, and usage-based services, ensuring alignment with market trends, competitive landscapes, and long-term growth goals.

This high-impact role involves engaging with senior executives and defining strategic direction.

Your impact will be significant through the following:

  • Strategic Pricing & Monetization
    • Formulate global pricing and packaging strategies for the NiCE CXone portfolio
    • Design monetization models for AI capabilities
    • Create scalable frameworks for subscription, hybrid, and value-based pricing
  • Market & Competitive Strategy
    • Conduct benchmarking of pricing and monetization models against global competitors
    • Identify opportunities for strategic differentiation
    • Translate customer insights and market data into actionable pricing strategies
  • Executive Partnership & Influence
    • Collaborate with global executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Strategy
    • Communicate pricing strategies and scenarios to senior leadership
    • Facilitate discussions on AI monetization, growth acceleration, and commercial positioning
    • Provide data-driven recommendations that inform long-term commercial decisions
  • Financial & Strategic Modeling
    • Generate advanced revenue and margin simulations for pricing scenarios
    • Assess growth versus margin trade-offs for strategic decision-making
