We are in search of a strategic and data-driven Pricing Manager to enhance our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will spearhead the pricing strategy for one of our business units, focusing on both Front Book and Back Book monetization. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the Managing Director, Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM teams, to design, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that foster sustainable growth, enhance margins, and elevate customer lifetime value.
Your extensive analytical expertise, keen commercial insight, and adeptness in navigating complex challenges will be crucial in structuring and scaling pricing initiatives across our organization. This role is highly visible and offers you the opportunity to influence company-wide pricing strategies while serving as an essential resource for cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pricing strategy and governance for your business unit, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market positioning.
Act as the subject matter expert in pricing and packaging, delivering valuable insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Oversee and conduct executive pricing reviews, facilitating informed decision-making at the senior leadership level.
Design and maintain advanced pricing models to bolster product strategy, revenue forecasting, and financial planning.
Identify and develop pricing opportunities, including price optimization, discount policies, bundling, and packaging strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
Manage the annual price increase process, from strategy development through execution and customer communication.
Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership to implement and scale pricing initiatives.
Analyze extensive data sets to identify trends, evaluate pricing experiments, and benchmark against competitors.
Define, monitor, and report on key pricing KPIs, assessing their impact on profitability, customer behavior, and satisfaction.
Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues with less pricing experience, guiding junior team members and fostering professional growth.
