Role: Strategic Procurement Manager

At Radiant Industries, we are at the forefront of innovation with our groundbreaking micro-reactor systems. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager who will spearhead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of essential components, materials, and services. This key role is crucial for building and maintaining a resilient, cost-efficient, and reliable supply chain. You will work closely with our Supplier Development Engineers (SDEs), Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure that our suppliers meet rigorous quality and technical standards, as well as commercial and delivery expectations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of sourcing complexities in regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Guide the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, capacity, and alignment with our strategic goals, in collaboration with SDE and Engineering teams.
Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations focusing on pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other critical contract elements to maximize value for Radiant Industries.
Contract Management: Create, review, and manage supplier agreements, including Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Order terms.
Purchase Order Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from requisition review to tracking and closure, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contractual and commercial inquiries.
Cost Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate market trends, supplier quotes, and total cost of ownership to uncover cost-saving opportunities and spearhead cost reduction initiatives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and supply chain risks, including evaluating supplier financial health, capacity limitations, and geopolitical influences.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key procurement metrics such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and supplier responsiveness, collaborating with SDEs to ensure comprehensive supplier performance evaluation.
