About the Position:

We are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to work closely with the CEO in shaping and expanding our fundamental recruiting functions. You will engage with our major clients to identify and address their specific needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, possesses exceptional judgment, and adeptly navigates between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of high-impact projects for clients valued at millions of dollars.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to influence key business decisions.

  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of tens of thousands of experts utilizing our platform.

  • Ensure project delivery meets strict deadlines.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement enhancements to improve quality, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in consulting, finance, startups, or similarly demanding operational environments.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; demonstrated success in managing intricate projects.

  • Proficient in engaging with high-profile clients.

  • Passionate about process optimization and large-scale execution.

  • Our operations run six days a week.

  • Compensation includes a competitive salary, significant equity vested over four years, a $10K relocation bonus for moving to the Bay Area, and an additional $5K housing bonus for relocating within 0.5 miles of our office.
