Qualifications:Minimum of five years of experience in a customer service, technical advisory, or IT Director/Manager role. Strong technical knowledge in cloud and on-premises enterprise network infrastructure, including end-user devices, virtualization, networking, wireless, backup & disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Business acumen with intermediate skills in strategy, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and problem-solving. Proven adaptability to new technologies, environments, and rapid learning. Exceptional presentation abilities, demonstrating confidence in both phone and in-person settings, whether with small groups or large audiences. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships with senior executives and negotiate effectively.

This position involves understanding each client’s business priorities and shaping a tailored technical vision through regular technology business reviews. The advisor helps clients navigate digital transformation, strengthen their technology infrastructure, and improve operational health, security, efficiency, and productivity while managing risk.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor in both scheduled and ad hoc meetings, including sessions with C-level executives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure to proactively address risks.
  • Lead Technical Business Review (TBR) meetings that reflect client needs and current technology trends, recommending solutions that align with Verinext’s services.
  • Apply trend analysis and reporting to support data-driven decisions, operational improvements, and strategic recommendations for clients and the company.
  • Maintain technical expertise through ongoing training, webinars, and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure that advisory-driven project plans are executed successfully.
  • Share client feedback with management, highlighting unmet needs in the service catalog and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Forecast opportunities and risks for assigned accounts, including profitability and future outlook.
  • Assist with client-facing budget planning, financial analysis, and related documentation.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and strong renewal rates among assigned clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
