Your Role
As an integral member of our Agent Development team, you will collaborate closely with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.
Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping agent development, merging product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to create exceptional AI agents.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in their AI strategy formulation.
Design and enhance conversational AI agents, gaining invaluable insights into product development and iterative improvements.
Lead the execution and timely delivery of multiple high-profile agent development initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the complete agent development lifecycle.
Ensure effective communication and foster robust relationships with all stakeholders.
Provide strategic, data-driven insights to inform decision-making for both customers and internal teams.
What You Bring
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Experience in AI Development: Proven track record in product strategy, AI technologies, or conversational design.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, engaging with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to guide strategic initiatives.
