This Strategy Analyst role is based in Lakeville, MN. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with up to 50% remote work.
Role Overview
The Strategy Analyst provides analytical and research support to advance Compeer Financial’s strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing client satisfaction measurement programs, and synthesizing data to guide decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with senior team members to develop strategic insights and prepare communications and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client feedback and satisfaction measurement efforts, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Work directly with business units and department leaders on research and analysis projects.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and presentations for internal audiences.
- Assist in the execution of market research strategies.
