Location and Work Model

This Strategy Analyst position is based in Lakeville, MN. The role follows a hybrid schedule, allowing up to 50% remote work.

Role Overview

The Strategy Analyst supports Compeer Financial’s strategic initiatives through research and data analysis. This role involves conducting market research, managing client satisfaction measurement programs, and synthesizing data to inform decisions. Collaboration with senior team members is a key part of the job, especially when developing insights and preparing communications or recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and report on client feedback and satisfaction.
  • Partner with business units and department leaders on research and analysis projects.
  • Support the creation of strategic recommendations and presentations for internal audiences.
  • Assist in executing market research strategies.
