What Will You Do?
As a Strategy & Growth Manager at TSD Group, you will be a key player in accelerating our growth—not through theory, but by engaging directly in practice. Working alongside our businesses, organized into strong clusters, you will seek out new clients, markets, and opportunities.
- Develop commercial strategies for both existing and new sectors;
- Build relationships with decision-makers at the C-level and management level;
- Open new markets and sectors;
- Translate opportunities into concrete deals and collaborations;
- Assist companies within TSD Group in becoming commercially stronger;
- Contribute to discussions on growth, positioning, and propositions;
- Actively engage in integration processes during acquisitions;
- Play a role in key account management and new business, including complex tenders;
- Focus on growth sectors such as Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Food, Energy, Pharma, and Technology.
