Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Ad Monetization team. In this role, you will engage with revenue-critical initiatives, utilizing strategic insights, data analytics, and operational execution to enhance performance across millions of daily users. This position is perfect for individuals with a consulting or analytical background looking to transition from advisory roles to managing a multi-hundred-million-euro revenue stream.

  • Drive Revenue Performance

    • Oversee ad monetization performance across a diverse portfolio of games and applications.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue drivers such as ARPDAU, fill rate, eCPM, LTV, and ad engagement metrics.

    • Identify and implement structural improvements across waterfall configurations, in-app bidding, pricing strategies, and demand diversification.

    • Transform analytical findings into actionable strategies that yield measurable revenue impact.

  • Optimize the Ad Tech Stack

    • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance mediation setups, experimentation frameworks, and auction dynamics.

    • Design and lead A/B tests to maximize yield and enhance long-term LTV.

    • Evaluate and incorporate new ad networks, bidding partners, and monetization formats.

    • Proactively anticipate shifts in the ecosystem regarding privacy, platform policies, and auction mechanics.

  • Lead High-Impact Projects

    • Deconstruct complex ad monetization challenges into actionable workstreams.

    • Collaborate with product, user acquisition, data, and creative teams to ensure alignment in ad monetization efforts.
