Your Role
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations team member to spearhead vital growth initiatives. Initially, you will play a key role in recruiting operations and talent coordination, facilitating the attraction, engagement, and progression of exceptional candidates through our hiring process. As you settle in, you will tackle broader operational and strategic projects aligned with our scaling efforts.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and is eager to collaborate closely with leadership on high-priority initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to recruiting, internal operations, process design, and cross-functional problem solving, while contributing to the development of fundamental systems within an ambitious, high-growth startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruiting operations throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and process execution.
- Collaborate to design and enhance hiring workflows to ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings when appropriate and evaluate fit for key roles.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational gaps and refine workflows as the company expands.
- Assist in designing onboarding processes and implementing internal improvements.
- Define, track, and enhance key operational metrics.
- Contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives based on evolving business priorities.
- Manage multiple projects with a strong focus on detail, urgency, and ownership.
