What We Are Looking For:
As a Strategy & Planning Intern for the Summer of 2026, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Strategy and Operations team to enhance the commercial organization’s planning, forecasting, and performance initiatives. This internship is your chance to work closely with seasoned team members, gaining valuable hands-on experience in data analysis, business modeling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will learn how strategic decisions are crafted and implemented within a revenue-oriented organization.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the annual sales planning process by gathering data, mapping quotas, and analyzing headcount under the direction of senior analysts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews by collecting performance data, ensuring report accuracy, and compiling presentations for leadership.
- Support the annual operating planning process through documentation maintenance, progress tracking, and data validation across teams.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and processes within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification.
- Participate in creating reports and dashboards (using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools such as Sigma or Salesforce) to enhance visibility into key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Finance, Sales, Strategy) to ensure alignment and timely communication of information.
- Learn best practices in revenue operations, including data integrity, forecasting, and planning cycles.
