Key Responsibilities:Serve as the principal construction representative for the Memphis data center, fostering relationships with contractors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and site development to commissioning and controls. Oversee coordination among multiple vendors to ensure effective communication between field and technical teams. Proactively identify and address risks to guarantee high-quality outcomes, safety, and operational readiness. Drive project momentum, addressing obstacles to maintain schedules. Synchronize construction timelines with xAI’s overarching infrastructure objectives through collaborative efforts. Work closely with teams to facilitate commissioning and resolve issues swiftly. Provide regular updates utilizing well-structured KPIs and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure project compliance with the technical and quality standards specified in the base design.
