Key Responsibilities:Oversee structural engineering projects from initial design to construction administration. Conduct and supervise structural analysis, calculations, and design development. Create and review comprehensive construction document packages. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project cohesion. Serve as the primary liaison for clients and external stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers (EITs) and technical staff. Contribute to project delivery standards and support the expansion of our Dallas office. Qualifications:5-6+ years of experience in structural engineering. Proven track record of leading or managing projects. Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering is required; Civil Engineering degree considered if backed by strong structural experience. PE license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered. Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit. Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles. Experience in commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects is preferred. Wood design experience is a plus. Familiarity with the Texas market is advantageous. U. S. citizenship is required.
