Recommend and execute improvements in shop floor layout, storage, and organization. Regularly communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, manage nonconforming parts, update bills of materials, and perform root cause analysis for corrective actions. Establish standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and repair procedures for the shop floor. Review design proposals for manufacturability and integration, working closely with build and design engineers. Recommend tooling design changes or enhancements using data analysis.
