Essential Functions Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic systems. Diagnose and repair circuit boards. Perform soldering on PCBs with Surface-Mounted Components (SMCs). Utilize oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other testing equipment to evaluate circuit boards. Execute Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) soldering on circuit boards. Construct wire harnesses and cables based on limited documentation. Modify circuit boards with wire jumpers and PCB trace alterations. Support 5S and Lean methodologies to uphold a clean and efficient workspace. Document testing procedures and data to ensure repeatability and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely completion of tests and projects. Assist in the setup of testing platforms and event arrangements. Review and interpret PCB layouts for accurate implementation. Perform additional duties as assigned.
