Job Summary:
Loenbro Southwest is in search of a dedicated Structural / Mechanical Superintendent who will serve as the primary on-site supervisor, overseeing the installation, modification, and enhancement of construction projects. This role entails ensuring the utmost safety, quality, and efficiency of the assigned tasks.
The Superintendent will coordinate on-site activities and collaborate closely with project teams, which include Project Managers, Project Engineers, Front Line Supervisors, Field Personnel, and various office departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects to our clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct management and supervision of on-site work crews.
- Mentoring and training of field personnel.
- Supporting project foremen to ensure essential resources and information are readily available for effective task execution.
- Conducting performance evaluations of field employees.
- Overseeing project safety and ensuring all personnel have the necessary resources to work safely.
- Managing multiple projects across various locations.
