Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & RevenueResponsible for overall studio performance, driving revenue growth and fulfilling sales objectives. Analyze business reports to identify opportunities and revise strategies accordingly. Delegate and supervise responsibilities within the management team, ensuring consistent follow-through. Manage scheduling within labor allocations, ensuring payroll accuracy through regular audits. Maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with piercing protocols, health and safety standards, and inventory management practices. Collaborate with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards, training, and best practices for Piercers within the Studio. Customer ExperienceProvide a warm welcome and educate customers about the unique Studs experience, delivering outstanding service consistently. Model service recovery best practices and ensure that feedback mechanisms are integrated into daily operations.

Location: Irvine, CA | Reports to: Regional Manager | Full Time

Salary Range: $75,000

The Studio Manager will oversee all operations within the Studio, leading a dynamic team to ensure a premier experience for every customer. This role combines both retail and piercing operations management, aimed at driving revenue growth, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a strong team culture.

In this hands-on leadership position, you will be instrumental in achieving results through effective people management — establishing clear expectations, coaching team performance, and nurturing an environment where both customers and team members can flourish. You will be accountable for every aspect of studio performance, from customer experience and compliance to scheduling and staffing, ensuring the Studio's overall success.
