About the Team
The Subscriptions team at Roku is dedicated to expanding our subscriptions business by identifying competitive opportunities within the SVOD landscape. We collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Partner Growth, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Content Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting to execute our vision. This team is responsible for the successful management of the Premium Subscriptions business within The Roku Channel, focusing on growth opportunities and daily operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous Operations Manager to join our Subscriptions team. In this role, you will oversee essential day-to-day operations aimed at growing and maintaining the SVOD business within The Roku Channel (“Premium Subscriptions”). You will manage processes and data flows across teams and systems to enhance SVOD services, bundles, and offers. Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.
In addition to daily operational responsibilities, you will be expected to streamline existing processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability, as well as analyze and implement new workflows and tools to enhance operational capabilities.
