Position Overview

The ideal candidate will support our Human Resources department by assisting with change management strategies and organizational development projects. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in HR transformation and change management practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of change management strategies.
  • Support effective communication regarding organizational changes.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions for new processes.
  • Analyze feedback data from change initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for change management programs.
  • Contribute to project management tasks, including tracking milestones.
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR team members during transitions.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups.
  • Research best practices in change management and HR transformation.
