Position Description

General Atlantic is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Sustainability team in the London office. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Sustainability, providing support to the Sustainability team and our portfolio companies across various investment strategies, including Growth Equity, Energy Transition, and Private Credit.

The internship is expected to commence in the first or second week of June 2026, with a flexible duration. Please note that this is an internship position and will not transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Level Data Management

Assist in the collection and management of sustainability-related data from portfolio companies, focusing on ESG and climate metrics.
Contribute to the development of a sustainability data infrastructure to facilitate rapid and comprehensive analysis across the portfolio.
Support the preparation of sustainability scorecards, disclosures, and reporting materials, enhancing methodologies for tracking sustainability risks and performance.
