Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred. Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in PCB manufacturing. Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality control and process improvement. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers. Familiarity with production part approval processes (PPAP) and supplier audits. Experience in developing technical specifications and quality requirements.

Join us as a Supplier Industrialization Engineer for the Starshield program, focusing on PCB development!

Starshield utilizes SpaceX's innovative Starlink technologies to bolster national security initiatives. While Starlink caters to consumer and commercial markets, Starshield is tailored for governmental applications, emphasizing earth observation, communication, and hosted payloads. We seek passionate and innovative engineers to cultivate, manage, and optimize our supplier relationships from initial design through to large-scale production.

This pivotal, cross-functional role is essential to the development and production of Satellites and Gateways. You will collaborate closely with both internal engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as engage directly with our suppliers to create effective and intelligent supply chain strategies that help us meet production objectives. With in-house integration, our supplier development engineers witness their assemblies come to life every day!
